A proposal, not a live offer · Working draft

A done-for-you outreach engine for your 8-week programme

Stef — this is the actual thing, not a vague "we should chat" text. What it is, what it costs, why the price makes sense, and how it would technically work. Read it, poke holes in it, and tell me what's wrong with it.

The problem this solves

You've built something real — the 8-week corporate case study, a genuine ex-COO/aerospace credibility story nobody else in this space has, testimonials sitting in your Instagram highlights right now. What's missing isn't the product. It's that the exact people who'd book it — HR and People leads at UK companies with a real wellbeing budget — have no way of finding you. Word-of-mouth and a placeholder website aren't a distribution strategy.

This isn't a guess about your business — checked directly: active Instagram (posting every few days), a dated post confirming the 8-week corporate case study went live, a real local session in Derby, and 40 events hosted on Eventbrite over the past year. The activity is real. The visibility to the right buyer isn't.

What I already have, that you'd otherwise pay someone to build

This is the actual reason the price below works — most of the expensive part of this already exists.

A live contact database

Thousands of UK HR/People/Wellbeing decision-makers, already sourced and verified for a different corporate wellbeing offer. The buyer persona is the same one you need.

A proven copywriting process

A research-grounded, adversarially-judged approach to cold email that's already been built and tested this month — not a first attempt, a refined one.

Sending infrastructure

Sequenced, reply-tracked, inbox-managed sending already running for another client. Adding a second one is marginal effort, not a rebuild.

Real market pricing — what this costs everywhere else

Published, sourced numbers, not guesses.

ProviderWhat they charge
Pearl Lemon Leads (UK)£2,497+/month for cold email OR LinkedIn alone
Cleverly$397-997/month, LinkedIn only, capped prospect volume
Belkins~$5,000-12,000/month, or ~£1,200 per booked appointment
Boutique / freelance tier$1,500-2,500/month (~£1,200-2,000) — the realistic floor for a one-person operator

Those prices cover real overhead — data teams, SDR headcount, licensed tooling. This works differently: the marginal cost of building your version is low because 90% of it already exists, which is the only reason the number below makes sense.

The actual offer

Founding client — this round only

The build

£500

A targeted slice of the existing database (300-500 contacts to start, not the whole list), a researched 3-4 touch email sequence built around your actual 8-week programme, and managed sending from a dedicated address — not handed to you as self-serve software.

What I need from you first

Real session length, format, and a price for the 8-week programme, plus permission to use your real testimonials. "8-week corporate case study" on its own isn't enough to write copy that survives someone asking a follow-up question.

In exchange for the founding-client rate: a signed testimonial once real bookings land, and permission to use this as a case study for the next client this gets sold to. Same trade already offered to Gemma on her own founding-client tier — not a special rule invented for you.

How it actually gets sent — and why not Klaviyo or Mailchimp

This matters more than it sounds like it should.

  • Klaviyo and Mailchimp are built for consented marketing lists — people who've opted in. Both explicitly prohibit using them for cold outreach to people who haven't. Using them this way risks account suspension, not just a slap on the wrist.
  • The real category for this is purpose-built cold-outreach tools — Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Lemlist — designed specifically for sequenced cold email, with proper mailbox reputation management built in.
  • To start, I'd run it myself — sending from a dedicated address on your own domain once it's ready, not a tool you have to learn. If this needs to scale past one client, that's when it moves onto one of those platforms properly.

What happens next, in order

You give me the real detail
Session length, format, price, and sign-off to use your testimonials.
I build the sequence
Same research-and-judge process already used elsewhere, tailored to your actual offer, not a generic template.
A first batch goes out
A few hundred contacts, not the whole list — so we both see real numbers before scaling anything.
You take the calls that come in
That's the whole ask. I handle the list, the copy, and the sending.
